The aim of this programme is to develop the behaviour of pupils.

This programme will support your pupils to develop the behaviour and attitude necessary for success in education, employment and adult life.

 

The packages available:

 Positive Behaviour Programme

 Our group intervention is designed to work with full classes and year groups of pupils to support pupils in developing and maintaining the high standards of behaviour and attitude required for success in both education, employment and adult life

This package will consist of;
  • SWOT analysis to identify starting point
  • Need and role of discipline
  • Conformity
  • Obedience
  • Authority
  • Understanding own and others behaviour
  • Managing pressure and stress
  • Influence
  • Peer pressure
  • Behaviour management and behaviour management techniques

This programme will conclude with a “Passing out parade” which families will be invited to attend.

Positive Behaviour Residential

The UKMS leadership and confidence residential camp is an additional opportunity for pupils to assess and further develop their behaviour and attitude skills that have been developed in the group intervention.

This will take place on a 3 day and 2 nights residential were pupils will undertake activities such as obstacle course, field craft, command tasks, hill walking and much more.

These activities will be designed to assess pupils behaviour and attitude which working under pressures that are faced in both education, employment and adult life.

 

 

 

Bespoke Positive Behaviour Programme

 Our bespoke 1-2-1 or small group leadership and confidence package is designed for those pupils who would benefit from the development of their leadership and confidence skills in 1-2-1 or small group settings.

Pupils or small groups will be allocated an experienced military mentor.

The bespoke package will consist of;

  • Understanding own and others behaviour
  • Managing pressure and stress

*This programme will support your school with the development and maintenance of the OFSTED descriptor Personal development, behaviour and welfare.
